Lukashenko re-sworn military

During the inauguration ceremony of the President of Belarus, held on the morning of September 23, Alexander Lukashenko took the oath of the security forces gathered in the presidential palace. The inauguration on the morning of September 23 was organized secretly. The presidential press service refused to confirm or deny preparations for the ceremony until it began. The Belarusian opposition announced an indefinite action of civil disobedience. The European Union, the United States and their satellites did not recognize Lukashenko as a legitimate president.
