Lukashenko accused of provoking Maidan in Minsk
President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko is pushing people to riots, said former contender for the post of head of the republic, ex-head of the High Technology Park Valery Tsepkalo. Maidan provokes him. No one among the alternative candidates has ever said about the Maidan, Tsepkalo said on Ukraine 24. He added that Lukashenko deprives the inhabitants of Belarus of the opportunity to choose the future. According to the news agency, earlier Tsepkalo, being in Moscow, said that he was forced to hastily leave Belarus, as he became aware that his arrest was being prepared, and there was also a threat of removing children from the family. Later, he said that his task is to show the world who Lukashenko really is and make him an outcast for the entire world community.
