During the discussion on U.S. strategic interest in the Western Balkans, the Aegean Sea, and Turkey, organized by the Hermann Marshall Foundation, the U.S. diplomat stressed that the U.S. does not support any of the parties to the domestic political conflict in Kosovo and hopes for an early resolution of the political crisis, as it will allow Kosovo to return to dialogue with Serbia: Kosovo needs a government.
