In the Astrakhan region, the Golden Rose dry cargo ship, which blocked the Volga-Caspian Sea Shipping Channel on June 16, was taken aground. The tugboat Bumi Pokachi came to the aid of the dry cargo ship, but the work was unsuccessful and was suspended until the morning of June 17. The cargo ship was released on June 17 at 13:30 local time. The ship continued on the route.
