New batch of protective equipment arrived in Lithuania from China


At the airport of Lithuanian Kaunas today, April 20, a plane from China landed, which delivered to Lithuania another batch of protective means to combat the non-proliferation of a new coronavirus infection, the correspondent news agency reports. According to the Lithuanian Ministry of Health, a total of 19 tons of cargo, about 1.5 thousand boxes were delivered. The whole cargo consists of various means of protection, which will be distributed among the five hospital complexes of the country: in Vilnius, Kaunas, Klaipeda, Panevejis and Shjauliai. Recall, by April 20 in Lithuania there were 1326 infected coronavirus infection, 37 people died from complications caused by COVID-19.
