The Turkish Lira fell to historic lows: the dollar exchange rate is maintained artificially by a local controller, but apparently its ability is already on the wane. This crisis could bring the collapse of the currencies of most emerging markets, including the ruble, experts warn.

Shanghai authorities report growth of foreign investments
