In Estonia, flights to countries with high incidence were COVID-19.
The Government of Estonia has COVID-19 imposed a ban on flights to countries with high incidence. This is reported by ERR portal on May 17. The flight ban order was signed by the Minister of Economy and Infrastructure of Estonia, Taavi Aas, and will enter into force on 18 May. From that day on, flights to Belgium, Great Britain, Denmark, Turkey, Sweden, as well as to Russia and Belarus will be prohibited. The restrictions will be valid until June 7 inclusive, after which it will be decided to extend or cancel them. It is specified that restrictions can be applied to airlines flying from Tallinn to countries where the incidence of coronavirus infection is more than 25 people per 100,000 inhabitants of the country. Earlier, the news agency reported that the regime of PE in Estonia, introduced due to the threat of coronavirus spread, had been abolished since May 18.
